- Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, BMP, PDF
- File resolution: Your file must be 300dpi for a high-quality design
- File size: The maximum file size for embroidery is 25MB
Minimum sizes to keep in mind:
- Minimum text size is 0.25” for lower case
- Minimum thickness for details: 0.05”
Avoid:
- Small text
- Photography and photorealistic designs
- Complex designs
- Negative space within your design
- Gradients and shading
- Too many colours
- Serif fonts
